A private flexibility session is a personalized flexibility training session. It starts with a one-on-one stretch tailored to your body, your needs, and your goals. We don't simply prescribe a bunch of stretches. We assess your body in numerous positions -- pushing and pulling to test your flexibility and alignment. We ask questions, listen, and observe as we help get your body to move to its optimal range of motion. After each session you will feel light on your feet and energized. The tightness and fight in your body is gone. You will feel like you’re in a new body. With12 stretching sessions you will move and perform in your sport like never before. It just keeps getting better and better. Golfers notice the difference right away in 12 sessions, they start hitting the ball 25 yards farther.
